Jason Radolnik
Managing Director
After an early career in sales and a Diploma in Business Management, Jason began his entrepreneurial journey at 19 years old. Forward-thinking and action-orientated, Jason and his long-time friend Jordan began an enduring business partnership after reading an article in the REIV. The article cautioned about a landlord who was sued by their
Extremely goal-driven, master strategist and negotiator, Jason has a tireless energy that has him continuously chasing the next milestone in business, property investment, and exploring the world with his family.




Jordan Kagan Gescheit
Managing Director
Jordan is one of the founding partners of Detector Inspector, and proudly wears over 14 years of hard-work and experience in the compliance management industry on his sleeve. Using his entrepreneurial and creative flair, Jordan started Detector Inspector in 2004 whilst studying at university. Together with his business partner and long-time friend Jason, Jordan set out to create an innovative company and leader in its industry, that would provide opportunities for all who worked there.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) in 2009, Jordan completed an internship with a well-known global brand, all while running Detector Inspector in his spare time. Then turning his full-focus to Detector Inspector, Jordan has continued to develop and manage the company, growing it to be Australia’s leading tech-driven compliance company. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his young family and golden retriever named Leonardo. He has a love for life that sees him tirelessly socialising with friends and participating in many hobbies.




Daniel Braver
General Manager
Daniel is Detector Inspector’s General Manager (and tamer of lions). Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, he has hands-on experience in business development, leadership, logistics and marketing, with a demonstrated history of working in the public safety industry. Ever unflappable, Daniel has strong operational and people management skills, exercised daily in the dynamic Detector Inspector office. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family in the outdoors to recharge his batteries.




Alex Ledda
CTO/Product Owner
Alex works with a team of talented software developers, who have created a one of a kind platform that is packed with features, to improve the client experience with Detector Inspector and ensure a smooth end-to-end service.
Alex started with Detector Inspector as a technician, while studying technology and software engineering at Monash University. Jason and Jordan recognised Alex’s talent for improving workflow with innovative software development, and so the seeds of our ground-breaking technology were sown.




Elliot Kagan Gescheit
Director – Essential Services
As Director of Detector Inspector Essential Services, Elliot is responsible for overseeing the commercial arm of Detector Inspector. With a strong focus on compliance and innovation, Elliot’s fast-growing team maintain fire-safety equipment, and other essential safety measures, in commercial buildings across Victoria. Elliot’s can-do attitude and nine-plus years of experience has allowed him to take onboard any type of building without hesitation. A position in Elliot’s team is highly sought-after, with many of our more experienced smoke technicians taking the career opportunity to work for Essential Services.
When he’s not keeping his clients’ commercial building fire-safe, Elliot is training to break his personal best and run a marathon in under three hours.




Max Gilmour
State Manager - NSW/ACT
Max is Detector Inspector’s NSW/ACT State Manager. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, Max started with Detector Inspector as a technician while studying at university. He then worked his way up through the company, moving into the Victorian sales department, followed by a promotion into the management team. Max is very much a people-person who loves the fast-paced environment of Detector Inspector and the exciting direction the company is taking. His main focus is on driving the growth of Detector Inspector and ensuring the smooth-running of operations across NSW & ACT. Outside of work (well sort of) Max’s passion is property investment and all things real estate. He also enjoys the odd hit of golf and getting down to Melbourne to catch up with his family and friends.




Daniel Tregurtha
State Manager - QLD
Daniel started his career in our admin department, but his dynamo personality saw him quickly moving his way into sales. After great success in Victoria as a BDM, Daniel was promoted to become Detector Inspector’s Queensland State Manager. Highly motivated and with a solution-driven mindset, Daniel has embraced the move to Queensland to launch our business in the Sunshine State. Outside of work, Daniel is a passionate Minnesota Vikings fan, continuing the love of American football he has had since a young child, which also saw him playing and coaching at all levels, as well as representing Australia.




Belinda Ristevski
HR Business Partner
Belinda heads up Detector Inspector’s HR department, managing a team of three and advising on all things people and culture, including: recruitment and retention, training, cultural health, workplace policies, processes and legal compliance. A registered lawyer with degrees in Law and Science (Psychology Honours), and a perpetually curious mind, Belinda is passionate about creating a fair, fun and progressive workplace. Belinda loves working at Detector Inspector. When not with her work family, Belinda can be found running after her two children, or on the dancefloor.




Glynn Ross
Financial Accountant
Glynn Ross has run the Finance department at Detector Inspector since 2017, in a new position created following the continued growth and expansion of our business. He enjoys a hands-on approach to his role, allowing him to delve into all aspects of the accounting and finance function. Glynn has 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting at a broad range of industry leading organisations in the property management sphere. Glynn attained his CPA qualification in 2015 and is constantly looking to improve his knowledge. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his dog and maintaining his vast and impressive chilli orchard.




Cody Raphael
Client Services Manager
A motivated and charismatic professional, Cody thrives on creating a positive and motivated Client Services Team through constant training and development. He came to Detector Inspector with proven experience leading and developing onshore and offshore client services teams, and immediately fit in with our youthful and lively culture. Cody is passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring each member of his team, giving them the skills and confidence to exceed and succeed!




Nick Brodie
Victorian Client Services Team Leader
Nick is the Victorian Client Services Team Leader. He started with us as our Electrical Services Coordinator in 2016, and joining in our immense growth since then Nick now heads up a large Victorian Client Services team. Nick would like to have three Dachshunds at some point in his life and is a big fan of Liverpool FC. European Champions 2019!!




Brittany Cole
NSW Client Services Team Leader
Brittany was recently promoted to the position of NSW Client Services Team Lead, following 6 months of outstanding client service and positive feedback in a supporting role for the NSW team. Brittany brings previous experience in managing a team and industry experience through real estate sales to Detector Inspector. Naturally bubbly, adaptable and considerate, Brittany aspires to create a positive effect on all the team as the NSW operations grow. Brittany is originally from New Zealand. She is not afraid to admit the coffee is much better in Melbourne.




Ethan Pollard
Queensland Client Services Team Leader
Ethan works as Detector Inspectors Queensland Team Leader. He loves working at Detector Inspector because of the positive environment and opportunities to grow. Ethan values honesty and is driven by problem solving. Like the majority of the team, Ethan enjoys music. In his spare time and to relax Ethan likes to play guitar.




Matthew Hodges
Gas Technician Manager
Matthew (a.k.a. Matt) is Detector Inspector’s Gas Technician Manager, a licensed plumber and gas fitter. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over 14 years on the tools, including managing his own company and
Matt is a proud husband and father to three beautiful children, and he loves connecting with nature during his free time.




Tierney Harman
Victorian Client Services Team Leader – Gas
Tierney joined the Detector Inspector family as our Gas Services Team Leader in early 2019. Having completed studies in Environmental and Ocean Science at the University of Plymouth back in the UK, Tierney brings a fresh perspective to the team. Her eclectic background in hospitality, customer service, logistics and management provide Tierney the experience to be adaptable and effective across all aspects of the business.
Tierney carries her strong work hard / play hard ethos outside of work and loves all things music and adventure.


Amy Carr
Business Development Manager – VIC and SA
Amy is another one of the highly talented Business Development Managers in our ever-growing Victorian sales team. Prior to joining Detector Inspector, Amy spent over five years working in the real estate industry, providing Amy with a greater understanding of clients’ needs and wants with respect to safety compliance management. She also takes great satisfaction in knowing that her clients are receiving the best customer service and puts a high emphasis on building a longstanding relationship with them. Following her exemplary service, Amy has recently been promoted to a dual role, taking on management of our South Australian clients.
Outside of work Amy enjoys travelling, shopping, and spending time with friends and family, all while trying to find Melbourne’s best coffee shops.

Laura Colling
Queensland Office Co-ordinator
Laura joined the Detector Inspector family in 2019 as our Queensland Office Coordinator, bringing with her a wealth of experience in supporting property management software for the real estate industry. Laura is a thoroughly experienced customer service professional with a passion for achieving business growth and helping people.
Laura loves to wind-down by playing video games, spending time with her cats and reading. She is also partial to binge-watching a great Netflix series.




Eva Fitzpatrick
NSW Office Coordinator
A qualified teacher with a Masters Degree in History, Eva knows just how to keep the NSW sales team and technicians well-organised. A talented multi-tasker, persistent yet always calm and cheery, Eva’s role is to coordinate everything office-related, hire and induct new technicians, manage the NSW vehicles and stock control, assist the NSW finance team, the list goes on!
Outside of work, Eva keeps busy doing yoga, going to the gym and spending time with friends.




Daniel Rotstein
Business Development Manager – VIC and TAS
Like other top performing Business Development Managers, Daniel began his career with Detector Inspector as a contract field technician whilst studying at university and travelling the world, way back in 2011. Dedicated and always striving for excellence, Daniel won technician of the year twice and was subsequently offered a permanent opportunity with Detector Inspector in the sales department.
Daniel is now a Senior Business Development Manager at Detector Inspector and has built a fantastic relationship with clients both in Victoria and Tasmania. Due to his expanding client list, Daniel recently started working together with a BD Associate, who assists him to problem solve compliance-related issues, while building relationships with his clients. Daniel is also an avid sports fan and he closely follows AFL and basketball.




Mark McMillan
Business Development Manager - VIC
Mark began his career with Detector Inspector in 2015, starting as a technician in the field. After proving his hard work and commitment to the company, he was moved into the sales department. Mark is now a top performer among Detector Inspector’s Business Development Managers and has fantastic relationships throughout his client portfolio. Outside of work, Mark enjoys catching up with family and friends. He loves getting amongst the live music scene Melbourne has to offer, and also takes any opportunity to get down to the beach.




Nicole Bartlett
Account Manager - VIC
Nicole is Detector Inspector’s Swiss Army Administrator. Starting her career in Victoria in the Gas Department, it was not long before she excelled and became the Gas Services Manager. Early 2019 saw a new adventure for Nicole, as she aspired to further grow her skill set and assist with the launch of the Queensland business.
Like many at Detector Inspector, Nicole has a passion for animals and has a German Shepherd called Spider. Born and bred in the UK, Nicole made the big move to Australia at the age of 19. Highly motivated, adaptable and not afraid of to go for new opportunities, Nicole embodies the Detector Inspector spirit.




Ben Glazer
Account Manager - VIC
Ben commenced his career with Detector Inspector in 2016 as a Business Development Manager, having come to us with experience in sales and managing multiple family businesses. In 2017 Ben was promoted to the position of Account Manager, and he now he manages clients who collectively hold 40% of the properties enrolled in Detector Inspector’s Victorian services. Ben enjoys using his client engagement skills to build client satisfaction.
Outside of work Ben is well-travelled and an avid sports fan, playing basketball and soccer socially.




Warren Lehr
Business Development Manager - VIC
Warren was a globetrotting sales guru before becoming a Business Development Manager at Detector Inspector. Warren values personal interactions, customer satisfaction and prides himself on hard work, thus ensuring that his clients can focus on managing properties not compliance services. His passions are meeting new people, trying new food and telling a good dad joke (in training for one day being a dad).




Kate Hatch
Business Development Manager - QLD
Kate came to work at Detector Inspector Queensland, having an extensive career in multiple areas of Property Management. Kate’s previous experience provides her with a unique understanding of all facets that form this ever-changing industry.
Outside of work, Kate loves to spend time with her family and friends, cooking with her daughter and riding Harley motorcycles with her husband.




Angel Protacio
Business Development Manager – Essential Services
Angel enjoyed a successful career in the auto industry before joining Detector Inspector’s Essential Services team in 2018. No stranger to getting on the tools or working in a fast-paced environment, it was Angel’s drive for continuous improvement and a growth industry that led him to Detector Inspector. With his huge smile and warm nature, Angel prides himself in providing exceptional client service, nurturing his clients to ensure their essential safety measures are taken care of.
Outside of work, Angel still enjoys playing around with cars and occasionally going to the raceway. He also loves food, music and spending time with friends and family.




John Paul Healy
Business Development Manager - NSW
Another one of our people-growth success stories, John (or JP as he is fondly known) started with Detector Inspector as a technician in Tasmania, before moving with his family to NSW and taking up a position in sales. JP’s training as a technician gives him hands-on knowledge of the importance and quality of Detector Inspector’s service. JP has excelled in his new career as a Business Development Manager, regularly being a top performer, which he puts down to really enjoying his role with customers and generating new business.




Joe Callaghan
Business Development Manager - NSW
Originally from the UK, Joe is now a Business Development Manager at Detector Inspector in NSW. Before moving to Australia, Joe worked for 10 years as an electrician for Merlin Electrical Services, specialising in smoke alarm installation and working alongside the London Fire Brigade. On the weekend Joe enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.




Andrew Matos
Business Development Manager - NSW
Andrew is currently working in our New South Wales office as a Business Development Manager. Prior to working with Detector Inspector, Andrew was self-employed at a retail food and catering company he founded in 2016. Previously being a small business owner, Andrew understands the importance of customer service, communication and transparency when it comes to dealing with clients. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys anything DIY related, cooking and karaoke.

Jayson is one of Detector Inspector’s NSW Business Development Managers. He thoroughly enjoys creating new relationships, while finding new and improved ways to provide great service to his customers. Golf, gaming and drinking an excessive amount of caffeine are some of his favourite things to do. When not on a coffee high, you can find him on the golf course perfecting his game and dreaming of the PGA tour.

He started with us as our Electrical Services Coordinator in 2016, and joining in our immense growth since then Nick now heads up a large Victorian Client Services team. Nick would like to have three Dachshunds at some point in his life and is a big fan of Liverpool FC. European Champions 2019!!




Brittany Cole
NSW Client Services Team Leader
Brittany was recently promoted to the position of NSW Client Services Team Lead, following 6 months of outstanding client service and positive feedback in a supporting role for the NSW team. Brittany brings previous experience in managing a team and industry experience through real estate sales to Detector Inspector. Naturally bubbly, adaptable and considerate, Brittany aspires to create a positive effect on all the team as the NSW operations grow. Brittany is originally from New Zealand. She is not afraid to admit the coffee is much better in Melbourne.




Ethan Pollard
Queensland Client Services Team Leader
Ethan works as Detector Inspectors Queensland Team Leader. He loves working at Detector Inspector because of the positive environment and opportunities to grow. Ethan values honesty and is driven by problem solving. Like the majority of the team, Ethan enjoys music. In his spare time and to relax Ethan likes to play guitar.




Matthew Hodges
Gas Technician Manager
Matthew (a.k.a. Matt) is Detector Inspector’s Gas Technician Manager, a licensed plumber and gas fitter. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over 14 years on the tools, including managing his own company and
Matt is a proud husband and father to three beautiful children, and he loves connecting with nature during his free time.




Tierney Harman
Victorian Client Services Team Leader – Gas
Tierney joined the Detector Inspector family as our Gas Services Team Leader in early 2019. Having completed studies in Environmental and Ocean Science at the University of Plymouth back in the UK, Tierney brings a fresh perspective to the team. Her eclectic background in hospitality, customer service, logistics and management provide Tierney the experience to be adaptable and effective across all aspects of the business.
Tierney carries her strong work hard / play hard ethos outside of work and loves all things music and adventure.

Laura Colling
Queensland Office Co-ordinator
Laura joined the Detector Inspector family in 2019 as our Queensland Office Coordinator, bringing with her a wealth of experience in supporting property management software for the real estate industry. Laura is a thoroughly experienced customer service professional with a passion for achieving business growth and helping people.
Laura loves to wind-down by playing video games, spending time with her cats and reading. She is also partial to binge-watching a great Netflix series.




Eva Fitzpatrick
NSW Office Coordinator
A qualified teacher with a Masters Degree in History, Eva knows just how to keep the NSW sales team and technicians well-organised. A talented multi-tasker, persistent yet always calm and cheery, Eva’s role is to coordinate everything office-related, hire and induct new technicians, manage the NSW vehicles and stock control, assist the NSW finance team, the list goes on!
Outside of work, Eva keeps busy doing yoga, going to the gym and spending time with friends.
